Term and Conditions – Booking Policies

Your ticket reservation is a signed contract between you, the purchaser, and USA consolidator LLC, based on the following terms and regulations:

ADDITIONAL Costs FOR Baggage: Additional fees may apply for luggage. For further information, you can speak with your travel operator or visit its website.

USA consolidator LLC, often known as Airlinesassistant.agency, is only a travel agency. It neither owns nor operates any independent service providers. USA consolidator LLC collaborates with various transportation and service suppliers to market flight-related goods and services. We are able to book or modify your flight since we have direct contacts with major airlines.

USA consolidator LLC is not responsible for these lodgings and has no authority to make promises or guarantees regarding their quality. These aircraft service companies have regulations regarding the booking of travel bookings. The owner, not Airlines Assistant LLC, is liable for legal action.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS: Prices may increase before to complete payment. After complete payment, costs will not increase, unless taxes or other fees increase, and you consent to these conditions.

CANCELLATION: Keep in mind that most flight reservations cannot be reimbursed and that cancellations will incur fines. These costs may comprise the overall cost of the flight booking, regardless of whether the flight took place. If USA consolidator LLC is required to pay a cancellation charge because you changed your mind about a reservation, you agree to cover the cost.

Unless otherwise specified, you must cancel a trip reservation 60 days prior to departure. Some services need full payment at the time of reservation. USA consolidator LLC accepts credit and debit cards as payment methods. If you wish USA consolidator LLC to charge your credit or debit card, you may need to review and sign a credit card charge form.

BUYING WITH A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD: If a flight service provider is unable to perform the agreed-upon services, it is not USA consolidator LLC’s fault. You agree not to request a refund from USA consolidator LLC if you used a credit or debit card to make a purchase.

If your debit or credit card information has already been transmitted to the airline and you wish to receive a refund, you agree to be accountable. You will not attempt to hold USA consolidator LLC liable for the chargeback issued by the provider. USA consolidator LLC is not responsible for any air debit memos that were charged to its account.

You agree to be liable for any fees, including as legal fees, that Airlines Assistant LLC must pay to get funds credited back by your credit card or debit card provider. If the credit card or debit card is not accepted, you agree to pay Airlines Assistant LLC any outstanding fees in cash or by money order.

Travel insurance is recommended by Airlines Assistant LLC in case your trip is canceled or an accident occurs on the plane. However, when Airlines Assistant LLC describes its insurance coverage, it is not making an offer or a guarantee.

Airlines Assistant LLC is not an insurance business and is not liable for any filed, paid, or modified insurance claims. Any insurance requests that may be covered by the flight insurance policy must be sent to the insurer mentioned in the policy.

PROVIDERS OF TRAVEL, SUCH AS HOTELS AND CAR RENTALS, MAY CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES AND COSTS THAT CANNOT BE COLLECTED BEFORE THE TRIP.

Airlines Assistant LLC’s primary objective is to ensure your satisfaction with your flight bookings. However, neither Airlines Assistant LLC nor its partners own or operate businesses that provide services linked to your travel. All Airlines Assistant LLC partners are independent contractors and are not employees of our company or any of its subsidiaries.

You acknowledge that Airlines Assistant LLC will not be responsible for any errors made by a third party. You further acknowledge that Airlines Assistant LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities. Flight delays are not the responsibility of Airlines Assistant LLC.

Airlines Assistant LLC is not liable for any difficulties that occur to a person or their property as a result of illness, acts of God, civil upheaval, or any terrorist attacks.

You acknowledge that Airlines Assistant LLC is not liable for any misconduct, lack of space, overbooking, technical problems, or other issues with airlines or other modes of transportation. Collectively, Airlines Assistant LLC is not liable for any kind of transportation departing or arriving on schedule.

In addition, facilities like as heat and air conditioning in hotels, trains, and buses outside the United States may not satisfy American standards. Imagine having to spend additional time due to scheduling problems, bad weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. Therefore, you will be responsible for your own lodging, transportation, and meal expenses.

Baggage is entirely the responsibility of the owner. Even while Airlines Assistant LLC’s name and logo may appear on automobiles, signage, and other locations, they do not indicate that the company owns these items.

Flight fares are based on current currency rates and are subject to change at any time without notice. If you cannot avoid responsibility, you are simply accountable for the expense of the flight. You acknowledge that Airlines Assistant LLC is not liable for any resulting losses or damages.

TRAVEL PERMITS: All travelers departing the United States must have a valid passport. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended departure date. You are responsible for ensuring that you possess appropriate travel papers, including a passport, visa, and any other required travel permissions.

Your travel documentation must comply with the standards established by immigration officers and other government officials at all locations. You are responsible for acquiring travel papers authorized by the United States Department of State. You are also responsible for obtaining approval for your travel papers from the government offices of the nation to which you are travelling in order to determine what visas and other documents you need to enter the country.

You are liable for any fees, forfeitures, or fines incurred as a consequence of travel papers that do not fulfill the criteria of government authorities.

IDENTIFICATION: Beginning on October 1, 2021, if you wish to travel within the United States using a state-issued ID or license, it must comply with the REAL ID Act. Check with your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles or visit www.tsa.gov/real-id if you’re uncertain if your ID is REAL ID compatible.

TRANSIT Papers: Transit documents consist of airline tickets, hotel vouchers, travel certificates, and any other proof of travel required to confirm a transaction with a service provider.

Transit documents may contain particular limitations and restrictions, such as the inability to be repaid. There may be other restrictions, such as the inability to alter the dates on travel papers. Additionally, travel documents may be confiscated at any moment and cannot be used by anyone else.

All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passenger authorized to use them. Any reservation with an unlawful name is revoked and cannot be utilized. If you fail to notify Airlines Assistant LLC at the time of booking if the names, dates, or times on your documentation are incorrect, you will be held liable.

Airlines Assistant LLC highly suggests double-checking your flights 24 hours before to departure.

HEALTH AND SPECIAL REGULATIONS: Ensure you are aware of any health requirements, health notifications, or health transit limitations applicable to your flight destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary documentation for your immunizations. Airlines Assistant LLC is not required to provide you with this information.

Before boarding the aircraft and upon arrival at your travel stop, transit airlines and local authorities may request that you undergo a particular exam. Due to the global epidemic of COVID-19, temperature tests may be included in specialist testing.

You acknowledge that you may be denied boarding based on the findings of these examinations. Depending on the findings of specialized testing, you may be denied entry to your destination and have to undergo self-quarantine at your aircraft stop. You may be required to self-quarantine upon your return to the United States.

You must adhere to the rules established by the local government.

You are responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a consequence of the results of specialist testing.

Before and during your travel, Airlines Assistant LLC suggests that you review the material provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. To obtain general information, visit www.cdc.gov.

Flight Confirmation: Airlines Assistant LLC highly suggests that customers confirm their flight schedules with the airline before to departure. Passengers must check in at least two hours before to departure for overseas flights. Additionally, Airlines Assistant LLC highly recommends that airline customers check in at least three hours before to departure time for international flights and arrive at the gate thirty minutes prior to the planned departure time.

If you disregard the advise of your Fly’s advisor, your seat may be offered to another passenger.

Some governments demand that pesticide be sprayed on the aircraft before departure or while passengers are on board. Airlines Assistant LLC is required by federal law to direct airline customers to the Department of Transportation’s disinfection website, accessible at https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray.

SERVICE REFUSAL: Service providers have the ability to deny service to planes if they so choose. The service provider has the right to deny service if the passenger is under the influence of controlled substances, does not have the proper documentation to enter the target country, or behaves in an unprofessional or disrespectful manner. Airline Assistant LLC is not liable if a service provider fails to perform its duties.

Airlines Assistant LLC is committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal information and respects it as confidential information.
